A light Indian tulwar - SOLD

An antique Indian tulwar talwar sword sabre. 

The blade is very light and flexible and stamped three times on each side, with an additional smaller blade marking at the base of the blade. The blade has a false edge or "false yelman" towards the tip and three narrow fullers on each side. There are several nicks along the edge and a small crack along the spine. Otherwise it is still somewhat sharp in places and in good condition overall with just a few spots of corrosion at the tip.

The all-steel hilt is in good condition, with no movement in the pommel disk and feels like it is very solidly made. There is a small, old crack in the edge of the pommel disk.
