A Nepalese kora

A Nepalese kora sword with heavy forward-curving blade. The concave edge is still sharp and a light test etching has revealed a very nice tight laminated construction which should be very impressive with a proper etch. The blade is in excellent condition with no rust or pitting and only one or two small chips along the edge.
 
The hilt assembly is solid and in good condition although the leather grip wrap (which is probably a later repair) has begun to come apart along the seam.
